Global Art Exhibit is raising funds at Pop/Lock Gallery to help end extreme poverty in the developing world. Funds go to: OpUSA, Dorcas International & The Dhundrup Orphanage in Tibet. These nonprofits believe we can end the cycle of poverty through increased access to education. Each of the featured artists involved in Global Art Exhibit have generously donated their artwork to support this cause.

7th January 2009 -

Global Art Projects has expanded it scope and now funds and implements educational projects for children in Cambodia, Thailand, Tibet and we still fund our original project in India, the Sanghamitra Schoolhouse. Please view pictures and read summaries from our new projects on our gallery page.

1st, October 2007 -

In 2005, Andrés España, visited the Sanghamitra Schoolhouse to learn first hand how education can end poverty. He brought a video camera and art supplies for the children.

Global Art's preview showing of the art auction at the Rose Cafe in Venice was hung the on the 1st of May. All the art was donated by artist. 100% of the art auction proceeds will go to the Sanghamitra Schoolhouse. Our next event will be on the 23 of June at the Edgemar center of the Art in Santa Monica -
